Ancala Home Prices

The homes in Ancala range from about $400,000 to $3,000,000. The typical home in Ancala, however, sells in the $700,000 to $1,000,000 range. The typical lot is around half an acre. Many homes are on the golf course.

Ancala, however, has one section of 42 homes called Ancala Casitas which has smaller, 2 to 3 bedroom, homes on much smaller lots and those homes tend to sell in the $400,000 to $700,000 range. They are popular as golf vacation homes. They’re within walking distance to the Ancala Country Club clubhouse.

A few lots in Ancala remain unbuilt and occasionally come up for sale.
